In 2017, Lufthansa AirPlus Servicekarten GmbH. accquired BCC Corporate with the aim of providing our customers with a state-of-the-art IT-platform to lay out innovative developments more quickly in the future, and to digitize and automate processes.
We are therefore pleased to announce that we are up and running onto our new IT-systems, which will now fully digitize you and your cardholders' day-to-day customer experience.
Your contract partner has to be changed
The first step towards joining the new AirPlus world: change of your current contract partner to the new legal entity. All our corporate customers were kindly invited to onboard onto our new IT-system and renew their current contract conditions.
In addition to the company, all cardholders will have to renew their contract conditions as well. Once the company has initiated a new card application in the AirPlus Portal, the cardholder receives an invite to complete his/her web form and identify himself/herself through video identification and a new Corporate Card will be send.
In the meantime, all former Corporate Cards have been cancelled.
